Delivery-to-Door Rates
Our standard delivery-to-door service includes drop-off at your front entrance. Here’s a breakdown by location:
- Richmond: $120
- Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster: $150
- Surrey, Tsawwassen: $180
- West/North Vancouver, White Rock, Coquitlam: $200
- Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Langley: $250
- Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows: $350
- Abbotsford, Mission: $400

Free Delivery on Orders Over $3,000
We offer free delivery-to-door on all orders over $3,000 within Richmond, Burnaby, and Vancouver.
Discounted delivery rates apply to other regions for orders that qualify.
White Glove Delivery with Assembly
Want the full setup? Our white glove service includes:
- Delivery into your home
- Assembly of all furniture
- Placement exactly where you want it
- Packaging removal
Flat rate pricing applies within Metro Vancouver.
A 5% assembly surcharge may apply for large or complex items. Your sales associate will confirm before you opt in
Before Delivery
Please double-check that your furniture will fit into the intended space and that the area is clear. Our team cannot move existing furniture or be held responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to space issues.
Scheduling & Delivery Window
We’ll contact you to schedule delivery within 2 weeks of your order.
Your delivery will be scheduled within a 4-hour window.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order during that time.
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside of our control. We do our best to stay in touch, but we are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for such delays.
