At MiiX Furniture, we take delivery seriously — because receiving your furniture should be just as smooth as selecting it. Please review the following information to understand how our shipping and delivery process works.

Delivery Areas

We offer delivery throughout Metro Vancouver, reaching as far as Squamish to the west and Abbotsford to the east.
For orders outside these areas, delivery may be arranged depending on order value and commitment. Please contact our sales team to discuss.

Delivery Methods

Most deliveries are handled by our in-house team to ensure care and quality. In some cases, we may work with trusted third-party logistics providers, particularly for high-volume delivery days or long-distance orders.

Delivery Fees

Delivery is priced as a flat rate, based on your location. Rates vary by region.

Delivery Timing

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days of purchase.
You will be contacted in advance to schedule your delivery date and time window.
Deliveries are usually made on weekdays.
If you're in a condo or apartment, please ensure the elevator is booked in advance to avoid delays.

Pick-Up Option

In-store and warehouse pick-up is available for all in-stock items.
We house our full inventory in one location, allowing for quick, convenient pick-ups. Our warehouse team is available on weekdays to assist with loading.

Storage & Holding

We are happy to hold your purchased items for up to 4 weeks, subject to availability and approval. Please coordinate in advance with your sales associate.

Receiving Your Order

A responsible adult must be present to accept delivery unless otherwise arranged.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to missed appointment, space constraints, or weather conditions, re-delivery or restocking fees may apply.
If the delivery failure is caused by our team, we will take full responsibility and provide reimbursement as needed.

Limitations

We currently do not offer parcel or courier shipping for small decor or accessories. All orders must be delivered or picked up directly from our Richmond location.
