Where is MiiX showroom Located?
Our 45,000 sq. ft. showroom is located at 5520 Minoru Blvd, Richmond, BC.
Can I view all products in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. Most of our pieces are on display. Feel free to visit us and test them out. We are open daily from 11AM - 6PM
Do you offer custom furniture?
Yes, for select pieces, we offer customization options including fabric, wood finish, and colour choices.

Delivery, Assembly & Pick-Up
Do you offer Delivery & Assembly?
Yes! We offer white-glove Delivery & Assembly across Metro Vancouver and surrounding regions. Fees vary by distance and order size.
How much does delivery cost?

- Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster: $150
- Surrey, Tsawwassen: $180
- West/North Vancouver, White Rock, Coquitlam: $200

How soon can I get my furniture delivered?
In-stock items are typically delivered within 3 - 7 business days. We’ll schedule a delivery window that works for you.
In some cases as quickly as the next day, which is much faster than many other retailers.
Does delivery include assembly?
Yes, in most cases, assembly is included with your delivery at no extra charge.
If the assembly is more complex or time-intensive, a 5% surcharge may apply. Don’t worry, your sales associate will let you know ahead of time.
Ordering online? Contact us directly and we’ll confirm all the details before your delivery is scheduled.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes. Pick-up may be available right away from our Richmond warehouse. Our team will confirm pick-up details after your purchase.
How soon can I pick up my furniture?
In some cases, you can pick up your purchase right away if our warehouse team is available. Otherwise, your order will be ready for pickup the next business day, and our team will notify you.
Will there be help available for pickup?
Yes, our team will do their best to assist you with loading your items. Just let us know when you arrive, and we’ll be happy to help!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Certain items (like clearance or final sale) are not returnable.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact our team or visit our showroom. We’ll walk you through the process and arrange return or exchange if eligible.

How do I book a free design consultation?
It’s easy, just email us with a few details about your project, and we’ll set up your session.

Is there a minimum purchase required?
Nope! Your first in-store consultation is 100% free. No pressure, no strings attached.
How long does the consultation take?
Most sessions take 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the size of your project.
What should I bring to the consultation?
We highly recommend bringing floor plans, measurements, and any inspiration photos you love. It helps our designers understand your space and style better.
Will I get a digital copy of the design plan?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital moodboard and layout plan after your consultation. In most cases, we’ll also book a follow-up session or a site visit to finalize everything.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes, we do offer site visits. A deposit is required for this service, but it’s fully refundable if you move forward with your purchase.
Can I use this service for just one room?
Of course! While we often work on full-home or commercial space projects, we’re more than happy to help with just a bedroom, living room, or any single space you want to refresh.
Do you work with commercial spaces?
Yes, we do! We’re a great fit for commercial projects because most of our products are in stock, we carry large quantities, and we can even custom order when needed.
