Are floor models final sale?
Yes. All floor model purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Why are floor models discounted?
Because they’re one-of-one and may have light signs of showroom life, small scuffs, minor marks, slight fabric variation or gentle wear from display.
What condition can I expect?
Floor models are sold as-is. Condition varies by item, so we highly recommend inspecting in person before purchasing.
Can I inspect the item before I buy?
Yes, and we encourage it. Please check:
- corners/edges and surfaces for scuffs
- fabric for snags/pilling/shading
- drawers/doors/mechanisms (if applicable)

Can I view all products in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. Most of our pieces are on display. Feel free to visit us and test them out. We are open daily from 11AM - 6PM
